Phuket's Accommodation
The world's one of the most beautiful holiday destinations Phuket offers very good accommodation deals to her visitors. There are a lot of different options for different people with different price ranges on this beautiful island. Roxy Bar is established in the middle of Phuket Town. That's why we would like to assist you about Phuket Town which we know very well. If you would like to stay in Phuket Town you should know there are three different kind of accommodations in Town. First one is low price range one which will cost you $10 to $20 (300 to 600 THB -Thai Baht-). One of the most popular hostels in Town is On On Hotel which became very famous after the movie called The Beach. On On Hotel is on the same road as Roxy which its called Phang Nga Road. Some rooms have aircondition some not. Price is changes between $10-$20 according to facilities. You can stay in the same room as which Leonardo Dicaprio and Robert Carlyle stayed in the movie.
The other cheap accommodation option is The Backpacker Hostel. It's in walking distance to Roxy as well. Very clean place and very friendly stuff will surprise you. Most of the nice hostels are in the same area in Phuket Town. The other option is Thalang Guest House. It's on the Thalang Road in Town which its the middle of the old Phuket Town surrounded with Chinese and Sino Portuguese style buildings. You can take a lot of nice pictures in this area. The Old Town Hostel is another cheap accommodation option. It's in walking distance to Thalang Guesthouse. You can get single rooms and dorm style rooms for very reasonable prices.
If you would like to stay for a week or more, we recommend you a little bit more comfortable places. There are very nice mansions in Town which you can stay for $20 to $40. Probably the most popular mansion is Patra Mansion. It will cost you around $25 a night or $150 monthly to stay in Patra mansion. There's a beautiful swimming pool, 24 hours hot shower and aircondition are some of the options Patra Mansion offers. Another nice and reasonably pricing hotel is Phuket Shopping Center Apartments which very close to Roxy. Very nicely and modern decorated rooms, gym, restaurants, shopping mall and spa are the some of the options Phuket Shopping Center Apartments offer. It will cost you $28 a night or $250 a month to stay here. Another nice staying is Roongrawee Mansion which is quite far away from Town. But you can meet with nice young TEFL Course students and the other expats in Roongrawee Mansion. They have a nice swimming pool, airconditionning rooms and hot showers. It will cost you $18 a night $150 a month to stay in Roongrawee Mansion.
If you would like to stay in a quality place in Town there are some options. One of the oldest hotels of the island Royal Phuket City Hotel is in the middle of the Town. Full facilities and luxury rooms will make you very happy. It will cost you $50 a night $450 monthly stay here. Another top class hotel is Dara Hotel in Phuket Town. Modern, colourful and chic decoration make Dara Hotel very unique. It placed far away from old town but very close to shopping malls and the beaches. It will cost you pretty much the same as Royal Phuket City Hotel.
